Account Executive * Project Manager (Marketing, Promotions, Entertainment Sector) London
Our client is an industry-leading premium and promotion marketing agency and the UK office is now looking to appoint the above position. Our client?s services range from strategy, concept development, product design*engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing and implementation of custom premium and promotional merchandise in the entertainment and interactive media spaces. Delivering over 100 million premiums annually to more than 70 clients in over 100 countries. An entrepreneurial and hands on approach management team with business units operating in 10 major markets worldwide
Person Profile
Self-driven, results-oriented, and a clear focus on quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, accountable and comfortable in dealing with sometimes difficult clients and co-workers. Reliable, tolerant and determined. Excellent phone, written and face to face communicator. Keen for a new experience. Willing and able to work extended hours on occasion if necessary. Be a team player.
Experienced in premium promotions and product development for QSR and*or Package Goods industry is required.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Program Development
Searching all references available (internet, agency research materials, licensors, etc.) for purposes of planning and setting creative direction. Areas of research include: trends in the marketplace, study of target demographic, programs from client competitors, license property information, etc. Compile research materials for presentation to client for justification in program pitch.
Write Creative Brief: Interpret all research materials*client brief to develop project goals, work plans, timelines, creative direction and identification of resources required to meet program success criteria.
Participate in Creative Brainstorm: Present research materials prepared. Actively participate in brainstorm with creative and engineering teams.
Management of program development timeline: Coordinate with all members of the project team (US team, headquarters and satellite offices if necessary) to insure all program development milestones are met.
Prepare presentation materials: Coordinating, writing and presenting marketing presentations.
Liaise with client and our client internal: Post pitch communication; feedback, modifications and direction from the client to project team. Action plan to meet all requirements. Coordinate with project team for implementation of action plan.
Project Management
Project timeline management: Co-ordinate with project team and client to insure all project milestones are met. (i.e. approval milestones, shipping schedules, meeting milestones etc.)
Client service: Client service and co-ordinate with project team on day-to-day program management, including program pitch. Program maintenance: Updating Order summary tracking form, program binder, project status reports, etc.
